1. General

These terms govern your use of the VeGlow website and any purchases made through it. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, that the information you provide is accurate and complete, and that you are located within a delivery zone served by VeGlow. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if fraud or unauthorized activity is suspected.

2. Products and Pricing

All products listed on our website are vegan, cruelty-free, and subject to availability. Prices are displayed in Moroccan Dirham (MAD) and include 20% VAT. We reserve the right to update prices at any time without prior notice. In the event of a pricing error, we will notify you before processing the order and give you the option to confirm or cancel. Product images are for illustration purposes and may vary slightly from the actual product in terms of color or packaging.

3. Orders and Payment

When you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details and estimated delivery time. All orders are paid via Cash on Delivery (COD), meaning payment is collected in cash at the time of delivery. Please ensure you have the exact amount ready when receiving your package. An order is considered confirmed once it has been processed and dispatched by our team. VeGlow reserves the right to cancel any order that cannot be verified or where delivery is refused upon arrival.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We currently ship within Morocco. A flat-rate shipping fee of 39 MAD (subject to 20% VAT) is applied to all orders and is calculated at checkout. Estimated delivery times are 3 to 7 business days depending on your location. VeGlow partners with third-party carriers and is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or incorrect address information provided by the customer. If a delivery attempt fails due to your absence, a second attempt will be arranged. After two failed attempts, the order may be cancelled.

5. Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order free of charge before it has been dispatched by contacting us at contact@veglow.shop. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible and you must follow our return and refund procedure.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, images, logos, graphics, product names, and designs, is the exclusive property of VeGlow and is protected by Moroccan and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any content from this website without prior written consent from VeGlow.

7. Limitation of Liability

VeGlow is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. This includes, but is not limited to, allergic reactions resulting from failure to read product ingredient lists. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product in question. VeGlow makes no guarantees regarding the uninterrupted or error-free operation of the website.

8. Privacy

We collect personal information such as your name, address, phone number, and email solely for the purpose of processing and delivering your orders. We do not sell, share, or distribute your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Your information is stored securely and handled in accordance with applicable Moroccan data protection regulations.

9. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. Any disputes arising from your use of this website or purchases made through it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Morocco.
